1. Go to http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi download http://apache.skazkaforyou.com//httpd/binaries/win32/httpd-2.2.17-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8o.msi
2. Run the MSI
3. An Aparach icon will appear when hit run aparch
4. The conf and log are under c:\program files\aparch xxx\
